Additional Information
- Our site is wheelchair friendly and we have dedicated disabled parking located by the main entrance (near Teeton Road) – for access, please speak with someone at the entrance (which is also located by the main entrance).
- Please note: the disabled parking is on a grassed area (short cut), and the event is on a grassed field. There is a lit path between the disabled car parked area and the pavilion. The main viewing area for the fireworks is also on the grassed field.
- We have on-site male, female, and disabled toilets in the pavilion.
- We operate a zero tolerance to drugs and violence, including verbal abuse to volunteers and commercial operators (e.g. food vendors).
- We would welcome your feedback on how to improve the event – please use the contact form if you’d like to get in touch.
- No child is allowed on-site unless accompanied by a responsible parent / career. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible parent / carer.
- The event organisers are not responsible for any lost items, however please use the contact form if you lose anything and we will check the lost and found after the event.
- Our bar staff apply the “Challenge 25”. To avoid disappointment, we encourage anyone who wishes to buy alcohol that are 18+ but may look under 25 to carry acceptable ID (a card bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving license or a passport).
